What is Your Return Policy?

 

We cannot return opened or altered products, and do not cover return shipping. Any issues with our products, as well as any questions or concerns can be directed to info@fourfiftyfive.ca. Returns are valid 30 days from purchase, if unopened, and merchandise returned in the same condition.

 

How Do I Return or Exchange My Order?

 

Send all items in the original box or mailer through a local post office. We do not cover return shipping. Shipping label is included with order.

 

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

 

We start on your order as soon as we receive it, so unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications to your order once started.

 

What Payment Methods Do You Take?

 

Four Fifty Five currently takes all major credit cards. We are working on PayPal. Stay tuned for updates!

 

Where Do I Track My Order?

 

Once you have received your email order confirmation, a link to track your order will be included in the email.
