(“Four Fifty Five”), (“455”), (“we”, “us” or “our”) and its customers (“customer”, “you” or “your”), whether made online, (“https://www.fourfiftyfive.ca/”) or at any FourFiftyFive location (“Showroom”), (“Pop-Up”, or “Offices”). Showrooms and Fourfiftyfive.ca will be referred together as “Four Fifty Five Stores”.
Four Fifty Five is dedicated to providing superior customer service with each and every visit to a Four Fifty Five Store. Kindly note that by submitting an order and/or making a purchase you agree to the terms outlined below.
Online Orders - Alterations and Returns
Store Credit can be provided in situations in which the garment quality was not standard.
Opened accessories are not subject to return. Any altered accessories are not subject to return.
Kindly note in store credits will be given in the case of quality or craftsmanship concerns, at the discretion of Four Fifty Five.
Accessories warranting a refund are subject to return prior to 10 business days after purchase. Opened accessories are not subject to return.
The present Terms and Conditions may be modified, amended and/or substituted anytime FourFiftyFive at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Subsequently, we implore you to review these Terms whenever you visit any of the FourFiftyFive Stores. Your use of fourfiftyfive.ca, as well as any transaction made at any of our stores, will signify your agreement to these Terms. The most recent Terms will be binding on you and us here at Four Fifty Five.
